About Me: Your Guide to Growth
I earned my Master's Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling in 2008 and have been dedicated to supporting clients on their mental health journeys ever since. My passion lies in working with individuals who, like me, embrace their unique "quirks" and neurodivergent minds.
My counseling approach is built on a person-centered foundation, empowering you to lead your own growth. I integrate feminist and empowerment-focused principles to help you uncover your strengths and live authentically.
What truly sets my practice apart is the innovative use of Geek Culture and board gaming to foster healing and self-discovery. This playful yet powerful approach offers unique avenues for interactive learning, skill development, and deeper self-understanding. I especially enjoy connecting with individuals who identify as ASD-spectrum, ADHD, or have other neurodivergent tendencies, as well as those managing anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
My commitment is to provide a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where everyone feels comfortable exploring their inner world and working towards their best self. Because everyone deserves compassionate support on their path to well-being.
